WELCOME TO SCOTIA REVIEW
Scotia Review is a Highland-based arts organisation, with an accent on Literature, but with strong roots in Music and the Visual Arts, and a will to go wherever the talent takes us. Historically, Scotia Review has published occasional hard-copy volumes of new writing. Currently, this is a very difficult market in which to operate, and – as an experiment - we have decided to use this web-site to post examples of new writing, visual art, music, photography, reviews, etc.

For the Year of Highland Culture 2007, Scotia Review has joined creative forces with Grey Coast Theatre Company and Dunbeath Preservation Trust to put Caithness and its famous icon, Neil M. Gunn well and truly on the cultural map.
'Light in the North' - allows the creative talent of 21st century Caithness to sing out, along with that of Gunn himself.
